What Were Looking For Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
Fine dining experience is essential
Background in restaurants preferred, though 5-star hotels and private members clubs will also be considered
Strong technical ability and attention to detail
Calm under pressure with a positive, professional attitude
