Job Description:
Role: Planning and Logistics Manager
Report to: Senior Operations Manager
Based at: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all bulk/retail/oat drink orders are incorporated into the production plan to meet delivery deadlines.
* Liaise with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely and complete delivery of packaging and products.
* Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200.
* Communicate effectively with the Senior Operations Manager and Finance to align stock levels with sales forecasts.
* Coordinate with the Sales Department to monitor sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure on-time, complete deliveries to customers.
* Investigate and resolve delivery complaints from customers.
* Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate and complete.
* Perform any other duties reasonably required by the business.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Ability to meet KPIs related to order timeliness, warehouse GMP audits, and production schedules.
Personal Attributes:
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
