Our Client, a well respected, local Care Home in East Sussex is looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position will have held a Registered Manager post previously and have the confidence to drive and manage the care and nursing staff for this established organisation. Evidence of supporting through change with a pragmatic and credible presence is essential; as the key person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary.
£65-£70,000/annum - 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
Pension - Hot meals/shift - Free on site parking - Access to on site accommodation if required
Commutable from North/West Kent, West Sussex and East Sussex
Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations cover 5/7 days
* Coaching and problem solving
* Oversee multiple personnel
* Occupancy management and safeguarding
Qualifications & Experience
* 5-10 years managing residential and nursing homes
* NVQ 5 in Health & Social Care
* Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
