Telesales Manager A fast-growing B2B manufacturing business is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Telesales Manager to lead and develop its inside sales function across multiple product lines. This is a newly created, high-impact role, ideal for an experienced telesales professional who thrives on driving revenue through structured call activity, data-led decision-making, and high-performing teams. Following the recent rollout of HubSpot CRM, this role offers a strong opportunity to use insight, reporting, and pipeline discipline to improve conversion rates, maximise lead value, and deliver measurable revenue growth. Role Overview As Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for executing the telesales strategy, driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound activity, and maximising the performance of a team of six telesales executives. You will manage, coach, and motivate the team to deliver consistent results, embedding a performance-driven, KPI-led culture focused on call quality, conversion, and continuous improvement. HubSpot CRM will be central to the roleused to manage pipelines, track activity, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure best-practice telesales processes are followed. This is a hands-on leadership role. Alongside managing the team, you will remain actively involved in sales activityhandling key accounts, supporting complex opportunities, and leading by example on calls when required. Key Responsibilities Telesales Management & Team Development Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing telesales team, driving accountability and results. Set clear activity and revenue targets, including call volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline value. Implement structured management routines, including one-to-ones, call coaching, performance reviews, and KPI tracking. Ensure consistent and effective use of HubSpot CRM across all telesales activity. Lead from the front by contributing to revenue targets and supporting the team to exceed objectives. Sales Performance, Reporting & Insights Monitor call activity, lead conversion, pipeline performance, and forecasting using HubSpot dashboards. Analyse telesales data to identify trends, skills gaps, risks, and growth opportunities. Provide clear, accurate performance reports and insights to senior leadership. Sales & Marketing Collaboration Work closely with marketing to maximise the value of inbound leads and campaigns. Support the definition of target customer profiles, call scripts, and value propositions. Ensure timely and effective follow-up of marketing-generated leads to drive conversion. Customer & Market Engagement Build strong relationships with customers through professional, consultative phone-based selling. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business. Gather market and customer insight through telesales activity and feed this back to the wider business. Essential Proven experience as a Telesales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, or similar role within a B2B environment. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and activity targets through telesales teams. Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms. Strong people management, coaching, and call performance development skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn activity and performance metrics into action. Contact Nicky Strutt
