Key duties and responsibilities will include:
* Contacting potential SME business customers both locally and across the UK to book appointments for Field Sales Consultants to attend
* Developing and sustaining a solid pipeline of customers to stay in contact with throughout their contract
* Using Sales scripts to handle objections and increase volume of sales
* Confidently holding conversations with customers from multiple backgrounds
* Explain our market leading products & services
* Handling and overcoming objections
* Working towards targets and ensuring KPIs are met
* Updating CRM system and arranging call backs
Ideal Candidate:
* The ability to follow scripts but still sound genuine
* The ability to defuse tension on a phone call
* Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Self-motivated and driven
Salary:£24,500 - £27,500 per year
