Responsibilities
1. Lead activities that guarantee safety and health in plants.
2. Joint prevention service.
3. Participate in health and safety committee meetings.
4. Conduct audits.
5. Prepare plant plans related to health and safety.
6. Plan and implement preventive activities.

8. Plan and deliver training on occupational risk prevention.
9. Prepare the department's annual budget based on prevention plans.
10. Manage documentation related to risk prevention and occupational health.
11. Develop standards and procedures for risk prevention and occupational health.
12. Coordinate and supervise departmental personnel activities.
13. Manage budget control and approve departmental purchases.
14. Coordinate subcontracted companies.
15. Maintain and update management records and indicators.
16. Prepare periodic activity reports.
17. Design, document, and deliver occupational risk prevention training.
Requirements
* Higher Technician degree in PRL is essential.
* High level of English proficiency, as many subcontractors are foreigners.
* Knowledge of industrial safety.
* Experience working in factories with a high volume of employees.
* Electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge.
* Field work experience.
