My client are a global firm with an excellent reputation in their field who are looking to recruit a Junior PA to join their busy team based in Leeds.
The ideal candidate must have previous Administration experience, strong attention to detail and be competent on Microsoft Office.
As a Junior PA your duties will include:
* Manage the administration processes
* Diary management
* Organising meetings and events
* Assist with financial and billing processes
* Build effective working relationships within the team
As a Junior PA you will have the following skills:
* Previous Administration experience
* Highly organised
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient on Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
