What You’ll Do:
* Lead and support our team of teaching assistants and support staff focused on behaviour support
* Deliver consistent, high-quality behaviour interventions tailored to individual student needs
* Work closely with teachers, senior leaders, and external agencies to develop effective strategies
* Help create a positive, engaging learning environment where every student can succeed
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with young people with SEMH and/or SEND
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to inspire and support a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to get one
* Teaching or teaching assistant experience is a plus
