We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Service Desk team. This role combines account management with service coordination, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support while maintaining efficient internal operations.
You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting engineers and ensuring jobs are processed, quoted and completed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as an account manager for customers, providing a high level of service and support
* Generate and issue quotations to customers
* Liaise with engineers and coordinate works
* Process purchase orders (POs)
* Answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
* Close down engineer jobs and raise follow-on quotations where required
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems are kept up to date
