Job Title- Patient Coordinator with Bookkeeping and financial experience

Our client is a private healthcare clinic based in Boreham Wood on the boarder of Hertfordshire, they are in a location where a car would be required and have free parking for the site.
Due to expansion, we are seeking an individual who has worked within healthcare speaking with patients on a daily basis, updating them with the offered services of the clinic, obtaining feedback and ensuring that they know what the clinic does, are followed through with their treatments, the computer updated daily and an accurate eye is also required for this role. The client would also prefer someone who has worked within private healthcare for this role.
They are also seeking the same individual to have accounting knowledge for updating spreadsheets, BACS payments, bookkeeping, updating profit and loss (P&L)st the end of each month and being an all-round staff member who will assist others when needed.
The role holds a lot of confidential information, so discretion is also a pre-requisite for this role. Excellent communication and computer skills are required, financial knowledge, working with patients and being able to coordinate their journey. Within the clinic.
They are seeking someone with AAT Level 3 or a Senior Bookkeeper for this dual role.
This is a full-time role and there will be the occasional weekend work if essential and then time is given off in lieu.
