Primary Teacher (Years 3-6) - SEN Specialist (Autism Focus)

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an enthusiastic and skilled Primary Teacher to join a highly supportive SEN school in Radlett, Hertfordshire. This position begins in September 2025, initially on a temporary basis, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent after the first term.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Previous experience in Primary, EYFS, or SEN settings
* Strong knowledge of Autism and effective strategies to support pupils with additional needs
* Skilled in classroom and behaviour management
* Passionate about delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to each child
* A reflective, resilient, and collaborative practitioner
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach small groups of pupils in Years 3-6, adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom for pupils with Autism
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants to deliver consistent, high-quality support
* Monitor and track progress, setting achievable, individualised goals
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and help shape specialist SEN provision in Radlett
