How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Lead and coordinate environmental and energy initiatives that improve performance while supporting business and sustainability goals
2. Partner with engineering, facilities, manufacturing, and SERE to reduce energy use and environmental impact in buildings and equipment
3. Identify, prioritise, and drive energy-saving and carbon management opportunities across operations
4. Conduct energy and environmental audits, site inspections, and surveys, turning findings into clear actions
5. Track, benchmark, and communicate energy performance data, ensuring compliance with legislation and best‑practice guidelines
What You Bring
6. An environmental qualification such as a relevant degree, IEMA, or NEBOSH certification
7. Demonstrable experience in environmental management, energy, and sustainability
8. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to present clear, logical cases
9. Change management capability, including influencing others and stimulating energy and environmental considerations
10. Awareness of ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 standards
