Company Overview
Walfinch Home Care Eastbourne is redefining what home care looks like. Our mission is simple: to help people not just stay at home, but live well and thrive there.
We provide high-quality, personalised home care that supports adults to remain independent, active, and connected to their community. Our care goes beyond completing tasks — we focus on building genuine relationships and supporting each person’s overall well‑being.
Our services include personal care, medication support, companionship, mobility assistance, and support for individuals living with complex conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer’s. Every care plan is tailored to the individual, ensuring dignity, comfort, and independence remain at the heart of everything we do.
At Walfinch Eastbourne, we also believe home care should play an active role within the community.
Alongside our care services, we run local wellbeing initiatives such as Thrive Club sessions and community coffee mornings that help people stay socially connected and physically active.
As part of the Walfinch national network, we combine strong values with high professional standards. Our carers are carefully selected, fully trained, and DBS checked, but most importantly, they share our passion for making a real difference in people’s lives every day.
