Your Impact:

We are seeking a driven, experienced Account Executive (AE) to join the OpenText Threat Intelligence team and lead strategic sales initiatives targeting OEM providers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our industry-leading threat intelligence service to developers of security solutions, platforms, and appliances. Your focus will be on identifying and closing deals, helping our customers to enhance detection, prevention, and response capabilities.

This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with product, engineering, and business decision-makers.

What the role offers:

* Own and drive the full sales cycle for OEM partnerships—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract closure.
* Identify and engage OEM partners who can embed threat intelligence into their security appliances, platforms, SIEMs, XDRs, firewalls, or endpoint solutions.
* Understand customer requirements and tailor value propositions around our threat intelligence products, APIs, and data feeds.
* Collaborate with product management and sales engineering teams to deliver technical demos, proofs of concept, and integration guidance.
* Manage and expand a healthy pipeline of qualified OEM opportunities.
* Negotiate licensing models, pricing structures, and usage-based agreements.
* Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

What you need to succeed:

* 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a focus on OEM, embedded, or technology partnership sales.
* Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and the role of threat intelligence in enhancing security products.
* Proven track record of exceeding quotas and developing long-term partner relationships.
* Experience working with technical buyers such as product managers and engineering leads.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

You might also have:

* Prior experience selling threat intelligence feeds, data APIs, or security telemetry to OEM or technology partners.
* Familiarity with common security solutions (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS).
* Technical background (e.g., computer science or engineering) is a plus.
