Junior Membership Sales Advisor
(Belper / Derby)
Salary: FTE £27,040 plus commission – Realistic OTE up to £30,000 (pro rata)

Are you a motivated, sales-driven individual ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for someone to lead the growth of our Junior Membership programme at Belper Leisure Centre. This hybrid role combines centre-based work with outreach in local schools and community venues, helping families access fantastic active experiences.
What You’ll Do
* Drive Junior Membership sales and retention, hitting clear targets and maximising opportunities
* Engage professionally with customers in person, online, and over the phone
* Convert enquiries into memberships by sharing programme benefits clearly and confidently
* Participate in local outreach and promotional events
* Maintain accurate sales records and support marketing efforts
* Collaborate with a supportive, enthusiastic team focused on delivering excellence
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales and customer service experience (leisure background not essential)
* Strong communication and IT skills, with confidence using CRM systems
* Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with a positive, solution-focused attitude
* Flexible to work some evenings and weekends
