The firm is now seeking a motivated Commercial Property Paralegal to join their rapidly growing team. THE ROLE
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will work closely with a team of talented and experienced Commercial Property Lawyers, supporting them across a broad range of high-quality matters. Your work will include assisting with high-profile purchases and sales, contributing to complex transactions and due diligence, preparing documentation, managing key deadlines and handling confidential information with professionalism. You will play an active role in ensuring the smooth running and continued growth of a busy department. The role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose a primary base at either of their offices across the Midlands.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and well-organised Paralegal with a genuine passion for commercial property work. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, demonstrate a strong work ethic and a committed approach to the legal profession and be able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and ambitious team. The firm is particularly interested in hearing from Paralegals who are keen to develop their expertise, advance their career prospects and play an active role in the ongoing growth of the department.
