Job Description
* Welcoming the guests to our F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
* Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
* Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
* Good knowledge of our products
* Take responsibility for your designated section and station
* Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
* Receiving and processing customers’ payments
* Making sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations
* Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
* Cleaning and sanitizing tables
* Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
* Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Customer service mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Basic mathematical skills for handling payments and transactions
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Relevant food and beverage service experience or training
* Certification in food safety or hospitality service
* Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems
* Multilingual abilities
* Experience in an upscale or hotel dining environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to upsell and promote services
