Support Worker Role – What You’ll Be Doing As a Support Worker in supported living, you will: Provide person-centred care and daily support Encourage independence and promote life skills Support with outdoor activities, hobbies, and community access Assist with structured routines and personal care Help manage behaviours that may be challenging Build a positive and trusting relationship with the individual you support The person you’ll be supporting enjoys: Trampolining Ball games Picnics Spending time outdoors Having fun and enjoying life Your role will help them thrive in a safe and engaging environment. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in support work or learning disability care Creative, patient, and resilient Passionate about making a real difference in someone’s life Confident working in complex and challenging situations A driver with a full UK manual driving licence (essential) This is a male-only role due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 (Section 9, Part 1A).
