About the Role
We are looking for someone to join the Facilities Coordinator Team to support education and research activities mainly on the Gibbet Hill Campus and occasionally in the Clinical and Anatomy Training Facility on Westwood Campus.

The role involves a variety of essential routine daily activities such as the set up and break down of teaching rooms, arranging access for contractors, the ordering, disposal and movement of furniture, office moves, arranging the collection of scrap and reporting faults in building fabric, fixtures and fittings.
About You
You will need to be reasonably fit as this is an active role covering a large geographical area entailing a lot of walking and manual handling of furniture and other equipment daily. Most importantly, you will need to be a people person and have a flexible, can‑do attitude and willingness to assist in making all the difference ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
