The Company We are recruiting on behalf of a growing third-party logistics business that specialises in warehousing, distribution, and supply chain solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to support and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts. This is a fast-paced role suited to somebody with strong customer service, administration, and operational coordination experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain environments. The Role As an Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for multiple client accounts, ensuring customer expectations are met while maintaining excellent service levels across warehouse and transport operations. You will work closely with internal departments including warehouse, transport, planning, and customer service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and proactive communication with customers. A large part of the role will involve using Excel daily to manage data, reporting, KPI tracking, stock information, and customer reporting.
