What you’ll be doing
1. Manage purchasing activities across internal projects and external customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.
2. Act as a key point of contact for external customer purchasing queries, providing guidance, updates, and resolution of issues.
3. Support wider business unit teams in preparing and reviewing supplier quotes, pricing models, and customer-facing proposals.
4. Oversee the receipting process for goods and services, ensuring accurate tracking, timely approvals, and alignment with financial controls.
5. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure service levels, delivery timelines, and quality standards are met.
