The role

We’re looking for a Call Listening Administrator to join our growing team at Usay Compare.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality to play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of advice and service. You’ll be responsible for reviewing client interactions, supporting advisor development, and helping to maintain compliance standards across the business.


What you will be doing

* Listening to and reviewing client interactions to ensure advice is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with customer needs
* Identifying areas for improvement in product recommendations and advisor performance
* Monitoring compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, ensuring all advice and documentation meet required standards

* A basic salary of £26,228
* 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days after 2 years’ service
