You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing assessment and therapeutic intervention in the community including administering of depot medication. Advert PRINCIPAL DUTIES / MAIN TASKS. · Managing a team caseload under supervision in accordance with sound nursing practice and principles. · Undertaking regular supervision and PDR in accordance with Trust policy. · Promoting and Maintaining the highest standards and attitudes towards the care of patients / clients. Assisting colleagues in maintaining an effective and efficient service. · Assisting, developing, implementing and evaluating plans of care, ensuring therapeutic and recreational programmes for patients / clients individually and in groups, in the Community. · Ordering, storage, monitoring and administration of medication. · Liaison within the multi-disciplinary care team, including carers, voluntary agencies etc. Working for our organisation Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) employ around 4000 talented colleagues who are very much appreciated, valued, and respected.
