PPC & TRADE ASSOCIATE
HIGH‑GROWTH CONSUMER ENTERTAINMENT BRAND
This is a hands‑on performance role within one of the UK’s fastest‑growing consumer brands. Operating at the intersection of data, experimentation and on‑platform execution, this role plays a critical part in driving marketplace growth across Amazon and other emerging channels.
You’ll own SKU‑level performance, with a split focus between Amazon PPC management (50%) and trade levers that directly influence conversion and sales velocity (50%), including pricing, deals, SEO and creative optimisation. This is a strong opportunity for a technically capable Amazon PPC specialist looking to broaden their commercial and operational remit.

They are looking for someone who can:
* Own and optimise Amazon PPC across the full funnel
* Go beyond ads, using trade levers to materially improve SKU‑level performance
* Build and run structured experimentation across PPC, SEO, pricing and promotions
* Monitor keyword rankings, conversion and performance metrics on a daily basis
* Take a hypothesis‑driven approach to optimisation and continuous improvement
* Communicate clearly and confidently, explaining both the what and the why
What you’re great at
* Hands‑on Amazon PPC execution across Sponsored Products, Brands and Video
* Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and performance gaps
* Improving conversion through listing, creative and A+ content optimisation
* Planning and executing deal events and product launches
* Using tools, automation and AI to improve efficiency and decision‑making
* Researching competitors and applying best practices from other categories
Experience required
Essential
* Strong technical Amazon PPC experience with a demonstrable performance track record
* Experience managing PPC across multiple geographies (including EU)
* Familiarity with SQP and AMC data
* Experience supporting or running PPC for a Q4‑seasonal or gifting‑led brand
* Clear evidence of structured testing and experimentation
* Comfortable working autonomously and at SKU level
Desirable
* Experience with DSP, Walmart or TikTok Shop
* Experience managing brands with high levels of branded search traffic
