Responsibilities: Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school Deliver engaging and high quality Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing timely feedback to support learning Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviours Engage in continuous professional development to enhance subject knowledge, teaching skills, and career progression. Support students in preparation for internal and external assessments, including GCSE examinations.
