HR Generalist - Standalone (Dungannon - VR Exclusive)
VANRATH is exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturer located in the Dungannon area, with the appointment of a HR Officer role.
This is a standalone role and the ideal candidate will be a strong and confident communicator, ready to take ownership of a newly created HR function.
The HR Officer will provide essential support to the HR department in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labour laws, and other HR-related functions.

The Person
8. Degree in Human Resources, or a related field, desirable but not essential.
9. Proven experience as an HR officer or in a similar HR-related role.
10. Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
12. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
13. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resource Information Systems.
