We’re recruiting for a B1.1 Licensed Engineer to join a rapidly growing aviation business with a strong international footprint and ambitious plans for expansion.

Key Responsibilities
* Certification of B1 maintenance activities during shift operations
* Supporting the Shift Supervisor in delivering safe, compliant Part-145 maintenance
* Carrying out maintenance on aircraft and associated equipment
* Providing technical guidance and support to the engineering team
* Ensuring compliance with MOE and maintenance manuals
* Supporting planning, resource coordination, and task prioritisation
* Completing mechanical handovers and aircraft ground movements
* Maintaining accurate and timely technical documentation
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
* Providing AOG technical support across the UK and overseas
* Acting as Deputy Shift Supervisor where required
Skills & Experience
* CAA Part-66 B1 Licence (essential)
* Type rating on King Air 90/200/300 or Diamond DA42/62
* Strong experience within a Part-145 maintenance environment
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Willingness to travel for AOG support (UK & overseas)
* Eligible for UK security clearance
Desirable
* EASA Part-66 B1 Licence
* Multi-type approvals across aircraft platforms
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
