You’ll be accountable for ensuring each project meets its time, cost and quality objectives, while maintaining clear communication and strong alignment with stakeholders at every stage. Alongside leading your own project portfolio, you will also act as a trusted partner to the wider business by providing guidance and support to Product Owners delivering smaller, function‑led initiatives. Your expertise will help shape these projects, ensuring they remain on track and contribute effectively to our overall strategy. This is a dynamic and highly visible role where your ability to deliver results, influence others, and keep multiple moving parts aligned will make a genuine and lasting impact. What you'll be doing Your key responsibilities: Act as the primary project contact, building strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders and partnering closely with portfolio sponsors and business leaders. Shape and launch new projects by evolving Project Mandates into fully defined initiatives, setting scope, governance, delivery teams, plans and RAID. Lead and coordinate internal teams (Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters) and third‑party suppliers to ensure effective delivery. Monitor project health and forecasts, implementing mitigation where needed, while working within established standards and contributing to continuous improvement. About You We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering both IT‑enabled and business‑focused projects, and the ambition to progress into Programme Management in the near future. While we’ll provide comprehensive training, success in this role requires: Proven experience managing projects end‑to‑end, including creating and maintaining plans, documentation and RAID logs using tools such as MSP, Excel, Asana and JIRA. Strong adaptability, able to respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
