The Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics solutions to stakeholders across the Society. This role involves understanding stakeholder priorities, corporate objectives, and data & analytics capabilities to proactively provide high-value self-service solutions, visualizations, commentary, and ad-hoc analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Expert knowledge of Power BI
* Proficient in SQL
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in DevOps practices
* Understanding of Agile methodologies
* Knowledge of data management principles
* Knowledge of data modeling principles
Technology Skills:
* Power BI
* SSRS
* Awareness of Azure cloud services, particularly Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage
* Languages: SQL and DAX
