The Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics solutions to stakeholders across the Society. This role involves understanding stakeholder priorities, corporate objectives, and data & analytics capabilities to proactively provide high-value self-service solutions, visualizations, commentary, and ad-hoc analytics initiatives.

We are recruiting for the latest member of our Data Capability team. If you put the customer at the heart of everything you do, enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile environment, and have skills in Data and Visualization, then this may be the job for you!


Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

* Expert knowledge of Power BI
* Proficient in SQL
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in DevOps practices
* Understanding of Agile methodologies
* Knowledge of data management principles
* Knowledge of data modeling principles


Technology Skills:

* Power BI
* SSRS
* Awareness of Azure cloud services, particularly Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage
* Languages: SQL and DAX

As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you'll play a proactive role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights. By designing intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions, you'll help teams across the Society make smarter, faster decisions, unlocking the full potential of our data to drive operational improvements and strategic outcomes.
