Castlefield are delighted to be working with a well established organization based in North Leeds are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a Permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate processing of accounts payable and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
Responsibilities
· Matching and processing supplier invoices
· Processing purchase invoices
· Creating and posting sales invoices
· Assisting with reconciliation & analysis of sales.
· Assisting with the credit control team.
· Posting of the cash and Pricing up
· Posting of journals
· Query resolutions
Skills
1. Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
2. Knowledge of Sage or other Accountancy Software
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
