Group Functions Change is a great place to kick-start your career and learn how change works in a large organisation. As an apprentice, you’ll support projects across L&G’s central functions — including Finance, HR, Risk, Technology, Procurement and Corporate Services — gaining insight into how different teams work together and learning how meaningful change happens at scale to improve the business.
This role is based primarily in our Hove office, where you’ll work closely with friendly and supportive colleagues, learn on the job, and take part in regular face‑to‑face collaboration. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions and build new skills all whilst developing practical experience, working with people from across the wider organisation.
Your role at a glance:
You’ll learn on the job with the support of experienced Business Analysts while completing your Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship. You’ll help explore business problems, ask questions, and contribute to developing practical solutions, while building your skills, confidence and understanding of how change is delivered.
