Private PA UHNW Family Cotswolds Estate c. £65,000 - £85,000 DOE One of our private clients requires an experienced Private PA to support them on their estate in the Cotswolds. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Principal, requiring outstanding organisational ability, absolute discretion, and proven experience operating at UHNW level within a private household/estate or family office environment. The Role You will act as the Principal's trusted right hand, ensuring all aspects operate with precision, efficiency, and discretion. Key Responsibilities Complex family diary management across multiple time zones. Managing ever-changing schedules with agility and foresight Coordination of international travel: commercial flights, private jets, visas, accommodation, transport and detailed itineraries Managing and coordinating household staff, including recruitment, onboarding, rotas and HR Oversight of refurbishment and maintenance projects, liaising with contractors and suppliers and ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Financial & administrative oversight. Monitoring payments, invoices and expenditure, managing spreadsheets, accounts and budgets. Liaising with accountants, insurance providers and professional advisers Managing household insurance policies Organising family events, private dinners and celebrations Managing correspondence Running personal errands Coordinating pet care The Candidate This role requires extensive and demonstrable UHNW Private PA experience. This is essential and non-negotiable. You will ideally have: Previous experience within an UHNW private household or family office Very strong financial acumen; experienced in household budgets and managing expenses. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Absolute discretion, professionalism and integrity Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence with household systems and technology A calm, proactive, solution-focused approach Flexibility with working hours and the ability to adapt to the family's schedule You will be positive, capable and composed under pressure, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, with flexibility to work out of hours when required.
