Working Hours
Full‑time working week: 37 hours (reducing to 36 hours from 01 April 2026 with no change in pay).
Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity to provide a high level of professional, comprehensive personal assistant and administrative support service to the Associate Director of Facilities.
Responsibilities
* Provide executive support to the Associate Director of Facilities.
* Manage calendars, arrange travel and meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
* Handle confidential information with integrity.
* Prioritise conflicting demands and support a busy, dynamic environment.
* Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work across a diverse and complex operational service.
* Mandatory induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.
* Compliance with the Code of Conduct throughout employment.
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Hours of Work
37 hours per week.
