We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves developing individualized care plans, conducting assessments, and implementing treatment strategies to improve patients' mobility and overall physical function.

Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for recovery.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients returning home or to other care settings.
* Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy systems relevant to physical therapy practice.
Qualifications
* Licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
* Experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not required.
* Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy systems.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
