I am currently working with a Financial Services Client on an exciting Delivery Lead opportunity. This role is pivotal in delivering system enhancements and upgrades across various business functions. You will manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery while engaging with a diverse set of internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of system-related projects across Finance, HR, Compliance, and other departments.
2. Manage both small-scale enhancements and larger system implementations.
3. Take ownership of existing projects in flight and ensure smooth continuation.
4. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
5. Provide consultative input and challenge constructively to drive effective change.
6. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
7. Proven experience in project delivery within a business transformation or change environment.
8. Ideally come from a financial services background
9. Experience working in smaller organisations with exposure to multiple project types.
10. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
11. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
