🧩 Your Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs)
* Work alongside class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
* Support behaviour management and create a safe, encouraging space for all learners
* Help students engage with lessons and boost their confidence daily
* Adapt learning materials to suit individual abilities and progress
🎯 What We're Looking For:
* Prior experience working with children with SEN (school or care background welcome)
* Calm, empathetic, and proactive mindset
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* A passion for inclusive education and children's development
* Qualifications in SEN or education (desirable but not essential)
