to join a leading organisation on a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role based in

, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact regulatory and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications.
* Support project delivery across the full lifecycle, from discovery to implementation.
* Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
* Work closely with technology teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user story development.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong background as a
Business Analyst
within the
banking or financial services
industry.
* Proven involvement in office relocation projects
, including planning and execution of moving operations from one location to another.
* Experience working on
regulatory
,
compliance
, or
digital transformation
projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficient in tools such as
JIRA
,
Confluence
or similar.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
