Job Type: Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week but all working patterns considered)

Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum FTE

Location: South East England Region. This is a hybrid role with mainly remote work and regular travel for client and internal meetings.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the key link between our HR expertise and our diverse range of clients, acting as the HR superpower for client teams. Your role includes practical advice, solving HR challenges and supporting client growth by putting people at the centre of everything we do.

You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to manage a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, resourcing, organisation development, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, people management and business transformation. This is a hands-on role aimed at driving positive change.

* Navigate a variety of HR projects, enquiries and issues across the employee lifecycle to meet each client’s needs.
* Own HR concerns and initiatives, collaborating with colleagues and partners to achieve the best results.
* Build and develop strong client relationships using account management processes.
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts by understanding client needs and applying the team’s skills and resources.
* Share knowledge within the team to support continuous learning and improvement.
* Respond to client questions promptly and escalate issues as needed to stay on top of matters.
* Gain insight into clients’ industries to better support relationship growth and account development.
* Act as an advocate for the firm and promote our services where appropriate.
* Operate within established processes and systems to maintain smooth delivery.


About You

• CIPD level 7 (or near completion) with recent experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR/People Consultant, or HR Manager.

• Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality work while advising managers on challenging HR issues.

• Excellent relationship-building, organisational, and time-management skills. • Comfortable applying best-practice HR policies and providing timely, sound advice. • Clear written and spoken communication; able to be a trusted voice with clients and colleagues.

• Commercial mindset, understanding how HR work supports business goals. A full UK driving licence is essential and willingness to travel is required. • Experience in an HR consultancy is a bonus but not essential.
