The Role You will handle a broad range of commercial disputes, including:
* Contractual, shareholder and director disputes
* Commercial property litigation
* Business protection matters, including restrictive covenant and injunction work
* Drafting pleadings and strategic legal arguments
* Representing clients in court and working with Counsel
* Developing client relationships and supporting business growth
The Ideal Candidate Applications are welcomed from solicitors with experience in commercial litigation, at any PQE level. You will bring:
