Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager Location: Central London Salary: Up to £90,000 Sector: Commercial Fit-Out (CAT A & CAT B) Project Values: £1m to £5m About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of high-quality commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across Central London. This is a senior, hands-on delivery role, leading the electrical package from pre-construction through to final handover. Projects are typically fast-track, client-facing, and range in value from £1m to £5m. The role suits a confident Electrical Project Manager with strong commercial and programme control experience, capable of running multiple London-based projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Full end-to-end delivery of electrical packages on commercial fit-out projects Manage multiple live projects concurrently across Central London Take ownership of programme, cost control, quality, and H&S compliance Lead and coordinate site managers, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors Oversee procurement, labour planning, and subcontractor performance Act as the main client-facing point of contact on electrical delivery Manage variations, cost reporting, and commercial performance Ensure works are delivered to specification, programme, and budget Support internal teams during pre-construction and handover phases Mentor and support junior electrical project staff where required Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager Strong background in commercial CAT A & CAT B fit-out Experience delivering projects typically valued £1m-£5m Excellent technical knowledge of electrical building services Strong understanding of London fit-out environments and fast-track programmes Confident client-facing communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Commercially astute with experience managing costs, variations, and subcontractors Stable career history preferred Package Salary up to £90,000 (all in) Long-term opportunity within a busy contractor with a strong London pipeline Senior position with autonomy and influence over project delivery
