Who We Are
BrandArt supplies branded merchandise to leading visitor attractions across the UK and internationally. As we scale, we're strengthening our commitment to safety, quality, sustainability, and ethical practice - and we're now creating a new senior role to lead this area.

You'll lead across Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental (QHSE), sustainability/ESG, and governance, ensuring we remain audit-ready and aligned with customer and legal expectations.

* Lead internal and external audits including ISO 9001, FSC, Sedex, customer audits, and site inspections.
* Oversee Health & Safety across both sites, including risk assessments, training, and incident management.
* Manage environmental and sustainability responsibilities (EPR/packaging waste, WEEE, batteries, carbon footprint, customer ESG surveys).
* Maintain compliance-related policies
* Support tenders and PQQs with accurate compliance documentation, policies, certificates, and evidence.
* Review customer contracts and highlight compliance or operational obligations before handover.
* Translate contractual and tender commitments into internal deliverables (SLAs, testing, reporting, renewal schedules).
* Deliver or coordinate internal training across H&S, FSC awareness, GDPR, modern slavery.
* Work closely with the Product Compliance Manager to ensure alignment between product, supplier, and corporate compliance.
Essential:
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
* QSHE/compliance experience within a manufacturing, product, or FMCG SME.
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal audit processes.
* Good understanding of UK H&S and environmental legislation.
Desirable:
* Experience with ISO 14001
* Experience with Sedex, SMETA, or ethical sourcing frameworks.
* Experience supporting tenders, PQQs, or customer compliance requests.
