Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building employer relationships, managing high-performing teams, and delivering impactful employment outcomes. You will be working in fast-paced environments and will be passionate about supporting individuals to overcome barriers to employment. As a strong collaborator, you work effectively alongside Regional and Area Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the region.
