We are currently recruiting a Hygiene Department Trainer to join a fast-paced food production environment. This is a hands-on role focused on training, compliance, and maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards across the nightshift team. Key Responsibilities, although not limited to: • Deliver on-the-job training to hygiene staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and food safety • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and health & safety standards • Monitor hygiene performance and provide coaching and feedback on shift • Develop and update SOPs, CIC/CIP processes, and training materials • Maintain accurate training records and support audit requirements • Work closely with shift leaders to drive performance and standards • Track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives We would love to hear from candidates who • Have experience in a hygiene role within food manufacturing or processing • Have good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene compliance • Have experience training or coaching staff (preferred) • Can write and update SOPs • Have strong communication and organisational skills • Have good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure • Are reliable with good attendance and timekeeping Desirable • Food Safety or Hygiene certification • Experience with CIC/CIP systems • Knowledge of continuous improvement or lean practices Succesful candidate will benefit from: • Full training and ongoing development • Opportunities for career progression • Supportive team environment • Stable Monday–Friday nightshift pattern • Competitive salary Apply now to be part of a growing team where you can make a real impact on standards, safety, and team development.
