As our Key Stage Leader of Maths, you will: deliver excellent, engaging and well-constructed lessons, based on research drive ambition of our students, through your teaching and role of form tutor, and develop character and intellectual curiosity, while securing the currency students need for future success be part of coaching and training programmes and develop all colleagues so that great teaching is the norm and outcomes are consistently excellent champion our values ‘Respect, Resilience, Honesty, Happiness, Confidence and Positivity’ in the classroom and across the team aid the Head of Department in strategic curriculum development by leveraging assessment analysis and evidence informed frameworks while coordinating operational tasks such as cover allocation.
