With operations in the UK, USA, and Australia, the business combines aesthetic design with technical performance and a strong environmental ethos.\n\nAs their UK presence grows, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the regional marketing strategy and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values creativity, agility, and commercial thinking.\n\nAbout the role\n\nThis is a standalone, hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for all UK marketing activity.
You will lead across product marketing, communications, and promotions, with a core focus on aligning marketing with sales objectives and delivering qualified leads.\n\nThe role is designed to grow into a senior marketing leadership position, with plans to build a UK-based marketing team as the business scales.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Develop and manage product web pages, specification sheets, visuals, and collateral\n\n * Create and execute a content strategy across blog articles, social media, sales enablement materials, and email campaigns\n\n * Ensure all content is high-quality, on-brand, and tailored to the target audience (e.g. architects, designers, specifiers)\n\n * Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with commercial priorities, ensuring all campaigns are designed to support lead generation and conversion\n\n * Track and analyse marketing KPIs to inform campaign adjustments and ongoing improvements\n\n * Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and PR activities with external partners and agencies\n\n * Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, while localising messaging for the UK market\n\n * Implement and drive the UK Strategic Marketing Programme, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives\n\n * Support the development and eventual recruitment of a growing UK-based marketing team\n\nRequirements\n\nAbout you\n\nYou’re a commercially focused, multi-skilled marketer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally within the architecture, interiors, design, or building materials sector. You are comfortable being both strategic and hands-on, and enjoy creating content that not only looks good but delivers results.\n\nYou’ll need:\n\n * Proven success in generating and nurturing leads to support sales teams\n\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail\n\n * Practical experience in managing content, social media, events, and digital marketing\n\n * Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress is desirable\n\nWhy apply?\n\nThis is a rare opportunity to shape the UK marketing function of a fast-growing global business.
