Planning Policy Manager – West Midlands Contract: 6 Months Rate: £650–£750 per day (Inside/Outside IR35 – TBC) Working Pattern: Hybrid (Flexible Office & Remote Working) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Policy Manager to play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of a West Midlands authority. This contract position will see you leading the development of a new Local Plan, working collaboratively with two neighbouring authorities as part of a strategic, cross-boundary planning initiative. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a professional who thrives in complex policy environments and can confidently drive projects forward.
