Salary: £13.93 per hour, per care call

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Central & West Wight,helping them regain independence in their own homes.
* Personal care
* Meal preparation and basic cooking
* Light household tasks
* Food shopping
* Companionship and emotional support
No experience needed – full training provided!
What We Are Looking For
* Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are preferred but not essential.
* Right to Work:You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
* Ability to workAM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
