What You’ll Do At BTS
* Partner with clients from Global 100 and Global 500 companies: act as a trusted advisor, understand challenges, objectives and opportunities, build strong relationships, deliver tailored solutions, identify referrals for new opportunities, and drive innovation and strategic alignment internally.
* Conceptualise and design solutions linked to strategy and business priorities: develop solutions and simulations aligned with organisational strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation.
* Lead client projects & programmes: manage client relationships and stakeholders, ensure clear communication and successful outcomes, inspire teams, and maintain high quality standards.
* Facilitate workshops/offsites and seminars: collaborate with internal teams across projects and industries for sessions ranging from small executive teams to large offsites.
What We're Looking For
A strong foundation in business and financial principles, plus a passion for client relationship building and a consultative mindset. While business development experience is a plus, your ability to communicate effectively, present confidently, and collaborate seamlessly will set you apart.
* 2-3 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment related to change management, strategy, and/or organisational development (preferred but not required).
* Experience as a key member of a project with deliverables, partnering with stakeholders to achieve these deliverables; project leadership is a plus.
* Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to understand client businesses and design development experiences aligned with strategy and outcomes.
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships while managing clients.
* Business development experience is a plus but not essential; a consultative mindset and willingness to develop skills are valued.
* Able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
* Digital savvy, with the ability to leverage emergent technology (e.g., Artificial Intelligence) to improve productivity and client impact.
* Desire and ability to present to rooms of 100+ people.
