Permanent / Full-time Our Ref: ADW00594 FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY – AMAZING CULTURE This award-winning and highly successful tech company based in Birmingham, has a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, to join their talented People team. Reporting too and supporting the Chief People Officer, you will lead the day-to-day running of HR, across the full employee lifecycle - helping to shape a positive, high-performance culture, whilst ensuring the smooth running of all people-related activities. This is a broad, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You’ll be trusted to manage a mix of operational and commercial HR work, supporting everything from employee relations and policy development to wellbeing, reward, and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the people strategy and contribute to continuous improvement projects Advise managers on employment legislation, policies, and best practice Lead on all employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, capability, probation) Oversee the colleague lifecycle, including onboarding, leavers, payroll administration, and benefits Maintain accurate digital personnel records and ensure compliance Monitor absence trends and support managers in addressing issues Support the management of HRIS, dashboards, and analytics to drive strategic insight Coordinate wellbeing, CPD, and ESG/community initiatives Assist with policy creation, reward reviews, skills assessments, and training programmes Contribute to internal communications, accreditations, and employee engagement projects About You: You’ll be an HR professional with solid experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced, tech environment. You’ll be confident dealing with ER issues, have a sound understanding of UK employment law, and enjoy building trusted relationships at all levels. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential - as is a genuine passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement. Why Apply?
