Parts Advisor – St Helens | £33,000 + Bonus
Van Northwest Ltd, a Maxus dealership in St Helens, is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our busy team. This role is perfect for someone with technical vehicle knowledge and strong admin skills, looking to grow their career in a supportive environment.
What you’ll do:
* Source parts for internal & external customers
* Use Electronic Parts Catalogues to identify parts
* Take orders via phone, email, or in-person
* Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims
* Maintain accurate stock control and DMS records
* Support the Service team and build strong customer relationships
* Maximise sales opportunities through upselling
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or vehicle technician
* Technical vehicle knowledge
* Organised, accurate, and computer literate
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Positive, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–6pm, occasional Saturdays 9am–1pm
